SmartSens Hybrid Controller
SmartSens Hybrid Controller takes advantage of both gas and electric power sources to heat your home quickly and efficiently. Gas is used for fast and effective adjustment to get your room to the ideal temperature. Once achieved, SmartSens switches to electric for more efficient running.
The controller automatically switches from gas to electricity for heating when the ambient temperature reaches 8°C. Within the temperature range of 8°C to 18°C, the gas heater may supplement heating if desired comfort levels are not achieved within fifteen minutes.
If you have a Brivis StarPro or a Buffalo BX5 Ducted Gas Heater, it may be configured to a Brivis Add-On ICE inverter – a ducted air conditioning system.
A SmartSens Hybrid Controller can be retrofitted to enable the convenience of both gas and electric heating of your home.
